Dutch

The characteristic feature of Dutch weave is that the warp wires are always thicker than the weft wires.

With Dutch weave, the weft wires are always placed as close together as possible, so that what is known as a zero mesh is produced. This also provides special characteristics which are often needed for filtration, in particular high throughput and an even size of opening.
